Growth Strategy & Advisory
Behavior is the most under-read evidence most companies have.
Every company already has the data. It may be clean, it may be dirty. In that information you'll find clicks, purchases, churn, what gets opened, what gets ignored, where people drop off, what they search for, what makes them stay or leave. But most companies aren't looking at the data. They're looking at surface-level metrics to inform their decisions.
Why? Because the deeper data is hard to find, harder to understand, and often doesn't align with the narrative they're constructing. But the data, used correctly, tells the true story of the customer — what they believe, and how those beliefs drive what they do.
And right now, what they're doing is changing. People are buying differently, deciding differently, trusting differently, and learning differently than the playbooks account for — partly because of AI, partly because of everything around AI.
The gap between what the data is saying and what the strategy assumes is where the real problems live. My work is closing that gap.
Some problems are contained inside a single system — one function, one channel, one piece of the business that needs an honest, evidence-based read. Others span multiple systems that have drifted apart, where fixing one thing changes another, and the only useful work is the kind that holds the whole picture at once. The engagement matches the shape of the problem.
How I Work
GROWTH AUDIT
Multiple systems, diagnosed together. When the data, the customer behavior, the go-to-market, and the execution have drifted apart — and fixing any one of them in isolation won't hold — the work has to span them. I diagnose what's happening across systems, build the strategic roadmap that accounts for how they interact, and architect the path from where you are to where the business needs to go.
This is for business model pivots, cross-channel overhauls, situations where multiple things are broken at once, or problems complex enough that previous consultants haven't been able to resolve them.
Deliverable: In three months, a full behavioral strategy across systems — diagnostic, prioritized roadmap, implementation architecture, and the action framework your team needs to execute. Delivered in an organized Notion workspace structured for handoff.
Every engagement starts with a conversation. Tell me what you're trying to solve, and if it's a fit, we'll scope it on the call.
How This Works
-
You tell me everything — goals, frustrations, data that doesn't make sense, the thing that keeps nagging you that you can't quite articulate.
I ask a lot of questions. Some of them will be uncomfortable. This is where I figure out what you think the problem is and start looking for what the problem actually is.
-
This is the deep work. Depending on the engagement, that might mean auditing your analytics, running customer research, analyzing behavioral patterns in your data, pulling apart your content and channel performance, or evaluating your competitive landscape.
I work from evidence — primary research, behavioral data, market intelligence — not frameworks somebody published in a book. AI is part of how I do this work; it lets me process signal and patterns at a depth and speed that wasn't available to a solo practitioner three years ago. I challenge every assumption, including the ones you didn't know you had.
-
Your challenges get distilled into clear, actionable strategic direction. Not a 90-page deck. Not a report that lives in a drawer. Clear priorities, specific recommendations, and a roadmap your team can understand and execute without needing me to translate it.
-
You receive your strategic roadmap in an organized Notion workspace — priorities, tactical steps, implementation guidance, and supporting research.
Everything is structured so your team can pick it up and move immediately. Projects typically begin within seven days and are completed within one to three months depending on scope and complexity.
